Hello WordPress Vegans!

You’ve stumbled upon the first post of a new vegan living in Southeast Michigan.  I have decided to record my cooking habits and recipes through this blog in hopes of showing others what Vegan’s really eat.  I recently picked up a new SLR Nikon camera and adobe lightroom, so I will be putting it to good use whenever I can put something tasty on the table.

A little more about myself:  Recent college graduate, long history with powerlifting, but as with a lot of students, my diet was pretty bad throughout college.  I’ve made the change I need to.  My work and educational history is in public safety, healthcare and political activism; I’m increasing my studying for the LSAT in October, but quite busy with other things 🙂

I’ll put so more things up about myself in due time, but this should suffice for now 😀
